Benguet Provincial Inter-Agency Task Force (PIATF) against CoVID-19 meeting at the Ben Palispis Hall, Capitol Building, La Trinidad, Benguet.
Some 39, 357 individuals in the Province of Benguet are fully vaccinated against CoVID-19 as of August 2, 2021 based on the report from the Provincial Health Office.
Meanwhile, there are still 9,878 individuals awaiting their second dose of the vaccine.
Of the number of vaccinated individuals, only 1% have reported to have experienced the side effects of the vaccine.
Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas is reminding the public to register for vaccination and get vaccinated to finally achieve herd immunity.
Governor Diclas also thanked all the provincial, municipal, and barangay vaccination teams who continue to brave all the challenges to implement the vaccination program of the government, as well as the vaccinees who have shown care for others by getting jabbed.
