We envision the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Benguet to be the finest legislative body in the region and at par with other best performing legislative bodies in the country
Mandate
1) Enact ordinances, approve resolutions and appropriate funds for the welfare of the LGU and its inhabitants;
2) Approve ordinances and pass resolutions necessary for an efficient and effective local government; 3) Approve annual and supplemental budgets of the LGU.
