3. Provision of education, training, learning and development for Human Resources for Health or Healthcare providers

4. Participation in ethical research

Driven by its mission: Ensure Improvement of Quality of Life in Benguet, the Province of Benguet obtained a human development index of 0.883 in 2009. The province of Benguet promises its constituents high age expectancy, accessible high caliber education and more than sufficient way of living. This, however, can't be achieved without the help of its people.
